Designer Steven Bruinsma came to us with a clear image of what he wanted – a custom designed bookcase with a subtle tree image backdrop, bringing the surrounding landscape directly into his Melbourne residence.mountainsphoto
Once the tree image was selected, our team of designers worked with Steven and produced a number of samples at different colour gradients and effects until the perfect image was achieved. Opting for a matte laminated smooth removable wallpaper, our installation was soon followed by the installation of the floating shelving and open light boxes by Research Joinery.
From the cabinetry and shelving through to the image selection, every element of the bookcase was meticulously designed by Steven. His passion for the project and attention to detail combined with the guidance of our designers lead to the perfect finish and the results speak for themselves. What was once a blank wall is now the centrepiece of this Melbourne home.
